Yes! Our sauce is a cold-pressed, almond-based product. To maintain its bold flavor and creamy texture, it must be kept refrigerated at all times, even before opening.
How long does the sauce stay fresh after opening?
For the best Bitchin' experience, we recommend consuming the sauce within 7 to 10 days after opening the seal, provided it has been kept refrigerated.
Is Bitchin' Sauce vegan and gluten-free?
Absolutely. All of our flavors are 100% plant-based, vegan, and gluten-free. We use high-quality ingredients like almonds, lemon juice, and nutritional yeast to get that signature taste.
How do you ship perishable food items?
We ship our sauces in insulated packaging with non-toxic gel packs to ensure they stay cool during transit. We recommend bringing them inside and refrigerating them immediately upon delivery.
Can I freeze Bitchin' Sauce?
We do not recommend freezing our sauce. Freezing can compromise the creamy consistency and cause the natural oils to separate once thawed.
What is your return policy for food products?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or spoiled, please contact our support team within 24 hours for a replacement or refund.
